Shade, tailored. Sun-protective shirts with the shade hidden inside. Hand covers fold out of the cuffs. A neck shade slides up from the collar.
Light as it falls in Manila at 3 pm.
The shade is inside.
Pull the tab at the cuff and a hand cover slides out over the back of your hand. Tuck it back and it looks like any good shirt.
The collar does the same for your neck. A shade panel slides up when the sun is behind you.
From our second drop, the hidden panels get our Capiz check lining, drawn from the shell windows of old Manila houses.
Tested in Australia
Every fabric goes to ARPANSA, Australia's government radiation lab, before we sell it. The report number goes on the hangtag.
Hand and neck shade
The two places sleeves and collars miss. Both fold away when you don't need them.
